Santorum

Santorum is a frothy mixture of lube and fecal matter resulting from anal sex.  Oddly enough, there is also an ex-Senator from Pennsylvania with the same name.  This confusing name mix-up is ironic because ex-Senator Santorum is famously anti-gay.
